Amber Mint Floral
This is a Floral style pendant, or dot implosion. I start with a clear rod, heat the end, squish it so it looks like a big T. Then i melt color and clear dots onto the top of the T in whatever pattern I want.
Then, as I melt the T down, the color melts into the clear, and blossoms up into the clear. By using some clear, I can change the form of the dots, and get more forms, as well as even more depth.
This pendant has beautiful layered petals, having a milky green blue base, with a less milky green/amber core. Above that is a clear space, then the translucent ruby red petals. The stamen are a milky blue white, with a small speckled white ball in the center of it all.
